1) Stop the pollution
Cut out as much bad stuff as you can. In order to get rid of the pollution, you need to stop replacing it so that your body can recover. Consider what you put in your body through your mouth, your skin, and your nose.
2) Add in more good
The more clean, pure elements you can give yourself the better – but don’t beat yourself up if you can’t do it all. Start with one thing – TODAY and stick to it. Add another when you can. Continue reading here
